Ikarla is out of one of the top mare families in Holland; the Karla family that has produced many international GP horses. The legend Mr Blue is one of them, closely related to Ikarla. The dam Sikarla competed up to international level before going into breeding. Horses like Moorkart, Nucarlos and Wouskarla, ridden by Jur Vrieling are other examples of horses out of this performance mare line competing up to 1, 60 m GP. The sire Inshallah de Muze is a very promising young stallion that is competing at international 1, 40 m.
